2. General information
Personal data is processed only as far as necessary to operate the website, answer inquiries, prepare a requested completion step, manage customer and affiliate processes or meet legal obligations. Relevant legal bases include Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR, depending on the specific processing activity.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, technical access data such as IP address, date and time, requested files, browser information and referrer URL may be processed to provide, secure and maintain the website. Where STRATO processes personal data on our behalf, this is based on a data processing agreement.
4. Contact and completion form
If you use the form, we process the details you enter, such as name, email, phone number, country of residence, message, video status and request type, in order to answer open questions or prepare a requested completion step. If you arrive via an affiliate or referral link or voluntarily enter an affiliate code in the form, an affiliate ID or source identifier may also be processed and included in the request.
5. CRM, customer and affiliate management
We use a login-protected CRM system to process inquiries, manage customer data, prepare and document completion steps, manage affiliate partners and attribute requests to referral sources. The CRM may contain contact details, communication contents, source information, affiliate IDs, customer status, customer numbers, contract and completion data, follow-up tasks, notes, commission and billing information for affiliate partners, as well as technical records relating to login, synchronization and changes. Where required for billing, commission settlement or commercial documentation, tax-related information may also be processed, including a note on the application of the small business regulation pursuant to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).
The CRM can retrieve emails from configured mailboxes and assign inquiries to customers, leads or affiliate partners. Access is restricted to authorized persons. Important actions may be recorded in an audit log for accountability, security and abuse prevention purposes.
6. Recipients and processors
Data may be disclosed to technical service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, CRM operation or communication. If you request a completion step, required data may be transferred to involved product providers, banks, custodians or other contractual partners as far as necessary for review and execution. Affiliate partners receive personal data only where this is necessary in the individual case for referral, support, attribution or billing, or where you have consented.
7. Retention
Personal data is erased when the processing purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations, legitimate interests or legal claims require further storage. CRM data relating to leads, customers, contracts, affiliate attribution and billing is retained as long as necessary for processing, contract performance, commission settlement, legal retention duties, evidence purposes or the establishment, exercise or defense of claims. Technical security and audit logs are retained only as long as necessary for security, accountability and troubleshooting.
8. Analytics, cookies and affiliate attribution
On the first visit, this website displays its own cookie and consent dialog. Your selection is stored in your browser as a necessary setting so the website can respect your choice. Necessary storage supports website operation, security, form functionality and saving your cookie selection.
Optional statistics and CRM events are processed only if you give consent in the cookie dialog. These events may include page views, technical device information, referrers, UTM campaigns and funnel events such as form start or form submit. Form contents such as name, email address or phone number are not stored as analytics events. IP addresses are not stored in plain text but are hashed with a salt. Your specific selection in the cookie dialog is decisive; without your consent, these statistics and CRM events are not processed.
An affiliate or referral ID is stored across page views only if you consent to referral attribution. In that case, an affiliate ID may be stored in your browser, for example in local storage, session storage or a cookie, so that a later form request can be attributed to the same recommendation.
The legal basis for necessary storage is Section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legal basis for optional statistics/CRM events and optional referral attribution is your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change your selection at any time via the “Cookie settings” button and withdraw consent with effect for the future.
9. ID card and payslip note
The note to have an ID card and payslip ready does not mean that these documents are uploaded through this form. If required, processing takes place only in the designated completion process and only as far as necessary.
10. Video
The video area is currently a placeholder. If an external video service is embedded later, this notice must be updated with information about the specific provider.
11. Your rights
You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under the GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

This privacy notice may be updated if website functions, technical service providers, CRM processes or legal requirements change.
